Ordering Chocolate or Other Heat-Sensitive Products?
We take every reasonable care when packing your order, but unfortunately we can't control the weather at its destination. Chocolate and some other products can be affected by high temperatures, particularly if a parcel is left outside or in direct sunlight. If you're ordering during very hot weather in your part of the world, please consider this before including heat-sensitive products in your order.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
When you order goods from New Zealand, you become the importer of those products into your destination country. Import duties, tariffs and local taxes are not included in your Kiwi Corner Dairy purchase price. If applicable, these charges are determined by the customs authority in your destination country.
For international orders shipped with DHL Express, DHL will contact you if customs charges are payable. Any applicable duties, taxes and processing fees must be paid before your parcel can be delivered. Customs rules vary by country, product and order value, so Kiwi Corner Dairy cannot determine these charges in advance.
