We take every care in packing your purchase for but cannot control sunshine! If it is a very hot time of the year in your part of the world be aware that some items (mainly chocolate) will not last well if left in heat for periods of time.
How do I find my product?
To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may use the navigation menus on the top of the website pages or type a keyword into the search box. If you have any trouble locating a product or would like a product not displayed on the website, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow".
Pricing and Billing
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
What will show on my credit card statement?
Payment processing via PayPal and emails from PayPal may note that charges are made by Bulk Lollies NZ which is a sister business of Kiwi Corner Dairy.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes
When transporting goods across international borders, shipments are sometimes subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country. Of our main destinations those more likely to incur customs duties are Europe, UK, Canada India and Malaysia.
Who is responsible for payment of duties and taxes?
The payment of any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
Shipping & Returns
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where shipping prices will be displayed.
When will my order ship?
Your order will generally ship within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order excepting public holidays when your order will usually be dispatched on the next working day. If for some reason dispatch will be delayed, we will notify you and give you the option of a refund.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all countries serviced by DHL Worldwide Express. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries at checkout, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What is your return policy?

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Can I cancel an order?
If you have ordered an item accidentally or need to cancel an order that has been placed please contact email@example.com for assistance as soon as possible. As long as the order has not been processed and shipped we can cancel it for you and will refund your credit card for the full amount charged.
My order never arrived. An item is missing from my shipment.
